If you are new to Reiki, it is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions work with the body's energy system to help clear stagnation and restore energetic flow, often creating a deep sense of calm and clarity.

Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki builds upon the foundations of Usui Reiki while introducing additional energies, symbols and techniques. Holy Fire energy is often experienced as continuous, deeply calming and self-guiding, while Karuna Reiki brings an emphasis on compassion and working with deeper emotional and energetic patterns.
What You May Experience
Each session is different, but common experiences include: Warmth or heat in certain areas. Tingling or subtle movement of energy. Deep relaxation or meditative states. A sense of stillness or spaciousness. Some people feel very little physically but still notice shifts afterward.
How Holy Fire Energy Tends to Work
Holy Fire Reiki often feels: continuous rather than pulsed; deeply calming but also powerful. Sessions often feel both deeply grounding (supporting a sense of calm) and expansive (opening awareness, guidance and clarity).
Emotional & Energetic Effects

During the Session
Sessions are simple and require no effort on your part. You'll lie comfortably on a table for an in-person session, or lie down/sit comfortably during a virtual session, fully clothed. Hands are placed lightly on or just above the body, or energy is transmitted remotely during virtual sessions.
After the Session
Most people leave feeling: deeply relaxed; clearer mentally; more balanced emotionally. The effects of the session often continue to unfold over the next 24 to 48 hours.
